Actually, although I don't have brumotactillophobia, the idea of something that'll make food more "scoop-able" is not bad - easier than wrangling a knife and fork, I suppose.
@Copper yeah, thanks. We have stayed there before, near King Street station. I’m much more comfortable with that. At this age I can’t tell her what to do, but I can influence the decisions a bit. Especially with money for low income grad students.
